Founded in 1994 in the Netherlands, Tebumo designs and manufactures steel moulds for the concrete block, paving and kerbstone industry from their own production facility, guaranteeing short delivery times and direct quality control. Moulds
Precision steel moulds for paving stones, slabs, grass pavers, kerbstones and hollow blocks, engineered for dimensional accuracy, long service life and compatibility with leading block machine brands. Every concrete block and paving product is only as good as the mould it is pressed in.
Tebumo moulds are manufactured from high-quality West European steel hardened to 68 HRC at 1.2mm depth, with bolted tampers, tamper feet and tamper shoes for straightforward replacement and maintenance. Insert mould and frame options include bolted, welded and milled-from-one-piece construction to suit different machine configurations. Kerbstone moulds cover all radius and corner profiles. Hollow block moulds are produced with high accuracy and small shoe tolerances, with bolted and welded options and hardened cores.
